How do I sign up?
Download Beluga from the App Store or Google Play and create your account in the app, as a renter, buyer or agent.
Does it cost anything?
Downloading the app and creating an account is free. Renters pay the inspection fee set by the agent when they book a visit, and agents may pay a subscription to list properties.
How are agents verified?
Each agent completes identity verification with a government-issued ID and a selfie before they're allowed to publish listings.
What happens to my money?
Payments go through licensed payment partners such as Flutterwave. Inspection fees are held in escrow and released only after the inspection.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time: in the app under Settings > Delete Account, or by email. How to delete your account
